- Male min 35 years old (GM & PME)
- Male/ Female min 25 years old (MM & ME)
- 5 years Experience in Housing Resort with tropical concept project (GM & PDM)
- Civil Engineer skill (PDM)
- 3 years Experience in Housing Resort / Recreation Marketing (MM & ME)
- Strong Leadership
- Creative, self motivated and pressure-persistent
- Excellent interpersonal & Communication skill
