In Singapore, ExxonMobil owns and operates a 605,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) refinery which is its largest in the world. The Singapore Refinery is fully integrated with the Singapore Chemical Plant (SCP). Together, the Singapore Refinery and SCP form ExxonMobil's largest integrated manufacturing site in Asia.

We operate the largest network of Esso service stations and we are a major marketer of cylinder cooking gas (LPG) to Singapore homes. ExxonMobil also serves commercial markets with industrial, aviation and marine fuels and lubricants.


Heat Transfer Engineers
(Singapore)

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering, or an equivalent, from a recognized University
* Extensive experience in engineering services for Furnace and/or Heat Exchanger in a refinery/chemical plant
* Minimum 7 years' experience as a Heat Transfer Engineer (Furnace and/or Heat Exchanger) in the oil and gas/chemical/ plant engineering industry
* Good English communication skills (verbal, written and reading)
* Effective leadership, interpersonal and coordination skills, within a multicultural environment
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
* Knowledge of basic computing tools and the ability to learn new software quickly
* Aptitude for wider aspects of refinery operations

Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level heat transfer technology consulting services on equipment operation analyses, energy saving, troubleshooting and new technology applications
* Develop user duty design specifications for projects or facility modifications
* Provide non-process Quality Control services for projects via the review of vendors’ detailed designs
* Conduct training on Heat Transfer Engineering for the employees of affiliate companies
* Mentor less experienced Mechanical Engineers on-site
