Operational Audit Manager
(Jawa Timur - Jember)
Responsibilities:
* Planning and executing audits of nursery, plantation, and expelling activities of the company.
* Hiring a team of audit supervisors and junior field staff.
* Preparing reports and recommendations based on the results of the audits
Requirements:
* Requirements:
o Will be based in Jember in East Java
o Must be willing to travel 90% of the time both locally around East Java with some travel across Indonesia
o The role is a field based role not an office role
o Understands Internal Audit procedures related to compliance, substantive and operational audit
o Well organized, independent, and possess high degree of initiative
o Possess very good skills in MS Office application
o Good skills in presentation and reporting
o Must be comfortable speaking and presenting in english
* Qualifications and experience:
o 10 years work experience with at least three as Internal Auditor or Public Auditor
o Minimum bachelors degree major in Accounting including audit or Agronomy
o Previous experience working with a multinational company is an advantage, preferably a plantation company
