RRF - IT OPS Shift Supervisor
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
* Supervision Operator activity
* Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly production following run documentation for all production operations runs as agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
* Monitoring back office AS/400 and infrastructure system

Requirements:
* Having background experience in Financial Industry (preferred)
* Having basic skills in AS/400 (MUST) & Wintel (windows OS)
* Demonstrate Stable performance under preassure, tenacity, energy and 100% honest
* Excellent organization skills
* English spoken & written
* Age between 25-30 years old
* Having experience min 5 years
* Bachelor Degree from IT or any of the related
