Job IT CONSULTING SUPPORT POSITION
Requirements:


Accredited degree in Information Technology
Prior experience in Oracle Hyperion Solutions products including Hyperion Essbase, Planning, Financial Management, ETL (Informatica, Datastage), or OBIEE+
Prior experience in relational database system (Oracle, MS SQL Server, My SQL, IBM DB2)
Prior experience in IT infrastructure including OS installations, networking, web architecture, and advanced system troubleshooting (only applicable for Support position)
Experience in Programming skills in C++, SQL, JAVA, or visual basic
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Designer & InfoPath (only applicable for Support position)
Experience in Project Management
Solid IT skills in software installation, hardware configuration, and security (only applicable for Support position)
Must be Microsoft certified, or possess skills strong enough to become MS certified within 2 months of hiring
Able to communicate efficiently in English
Ability to execute rigorous documentation requirements
Ability to manage project timeline, costing, and customer expectations
High tolerance for stress in a demanding environment
Willing to travel and work anywhere
Able to work and research independently

Responsibilities will include

Identify and document customers’ requirements, analyze and resolve with strategic solutions
Installations, development, implementation, training, testing and support of Oracle Hyperion products with special emphasis on Planning & Essbase BI Products
When not on-site, support other consultants in the field, teach classes, or provide support to customers.
Provide application / technical assistance during the implementation of Oracle Hyperion products
Accountability for project delivery from requirements gathering, development, UAT, and implementation
Strict adherence to process and documentation
Track project progress and negotiate all changes to the original specifications.
Project cost tracking & resource management
Complete all required project documentation for submission to clients including FSD, Design Doc, SIT testing results, and other documents as required.
Manage client expectation on project delivery and product capabilities
Build systems to support DesignStream’s internal processes and maintain DesignStream’s internal IT infrastructure. (only applicable for Support position)
Support DesignStream infrastructure includes maintaining our email & file servers, networks, sharepoint deployments, and other tasks such as maintaining VM images for consultant use. (Only applicable for Support position)

Job Location
Hiring for Jakarta. However, you will be expected to travel to project sites in SE Asia regularly and may be assigned overseas for 3-4 week intervals.
