IT JOB SENIOR IT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Requirements:
At least 3 years IT management experience in UNIX based data center environment
Proven track record of project planning and delivering IT projects on time and managing diverse technical staff
Sound knowledge of IT operational processes and procedures
Ability to suggest and deliver innovative approaches
Ability to communicate on all levels with high profile costumers
Strong leadership and mentoring skills and ability to train and manage a diverse team of IT Engineers (incl. 24x7 technical support staff)
Very good hands-on skills and experience in UNIX System Administration and server and network management, incl. Shell Scripting and standard UNIX-based application implementation and maintenance (JBoss, Apache, My SQL, etc)
GSM telecommunication knowledge is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
Excellent degree from reputable university
A high degree of motivation and a 'can do' attitude
