Qualification:

man/woman, maximal 27 year
graduate D-3/S-1 computer/technique science informatika
can programming language php (can perl good)
dominate one of [the] framework php (codeigniter, pear, cakephp, symfony)
understand concept framework and mvc
minimal experienced 1-2 year in web programming
understand html, css and standard web technology
has skill time management and discipline good
