JOBS BRANDING & MARCOM MANAGER
Job Summary :

Strategise and position the Brand to be competitive in the market with potentials to grow. The Brand Guardian for the company, ensuring all consumer touch points adhere to the Brand’s Guidelines and ensure all activities are mapped accordingly to the Brand’s strategy and positioning.

Strategise, plan, develop and execute campaigns covering 360 degree activation points, working closely with creative agency to ensure Brands’ positioning. Develop creative campaigns that will help to increase subscribers’ acquisition and usage.

Plan and execute strategic media buy, working closely with media agency to ensure maximum exposure for the company and its products and services to the primary and secondary segments with relevance and mapping to the Brands positioning.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Initiate new creative promotions for campaigns.
Plan, develop and churn out communications materials for each campaigns working closely with creative agency.
Ensure each material contains accurate information.
Brief Trade Marketing on materials specifications and ensure requirements are met on a timely basis.
Strategically plan and execute media buy.
Work closely with media agency to ensure maximum exposure to the targeted segments with our media buy.
Review and monitor Monthly Performance Report for each campaigns.
Manage and follow up on related issues and / or close project.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Analyze competitors’ advertisements and promotions including media buy.
Analyze regional advertisements and promotions.
Liaise with various departments to keep track of the project progress.

Requirements :
Minimal 4 years experience in marcom and branding with operator
Minimal 4 years experience handling 360’ campaigns
Experienced in Brand Management and Brand Guardianship
Worked with at least one Global MNC managing its brand
Creative and Innovative
Total working experience minimal 7 years
