Founded in 1994 we have grown to become an establishing company, unceasingly contributing to the tellecommunications industry in Indonesia with becoming authorized dealer for NOKIA mobile phone and operator product TELKOMSEL.
RETAIL MANAGER (RM)



Responsibilities:
Running and managing a modern retail channel specializing in mobile phones field with no of shops in low hundreds.
Analyzing sales and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
Responsible for the day today retail management.
Review current and prior performance and identify performance above and below target for retail department.
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retailindustry.
Organizing special promotions, displays and events.
Developing and identifying new businesses for the retail chain


Requirements:
Age max 35 years old.
Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate in any major.
Having 2-3 years in retail industry
Great passion in retail industry & strong in store operation.
Can do attitude.
Able to work under pressure,independently but can be a team play as well Strong leadership, independent, analytical, strategic.
Having good interpersonal & communication skill.
Ability to write and communicate in English
